Prior to the above, Mr Alland had a 23-year career at the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (the World Bank's affiliate responsible for private sector project financing in developing countries), where he had extensive experience with mining projects worldwide, including serving as director of several mining companies, including director of Comsur, the largest private mining company in Bolivia, and an alternate director of Escondida, the large Chilean copper mining company. Mr Alland holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College.

Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Leviste is a Philippine national who is a Solicitor admitted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is currently President of CEC Energy Corporation ("CEC"), a renewable energy developer in the Philippines and President of Italpinas EuroAsian Design and Eco-Development Corp. ("ITPI"), a real estate developer and design firm. CEC Energy and ITPI are sister companies engaged in the development of housing and energy projects throughout the Philippines. Prior to these engagements, Mr. Leviste worked as a legal practitioner in commercial litigation in Sydney, Australia, and as an analyst for the Sydney office of JOGMEC (Japan Oil Gas and Metals National Corporation).

| Brian Lueck
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lueck was previously a director, chairman and founder of Crazy Horse Resources. He has resided in the Philippines for 17 years and is the president of a privately owned company called Solfotara Mining Corp. and was formerly COO of Copper Development Corp., both of which are principally engaged in the development of mineral properties in the Philippines. Prior to these positions, Mr. Lueck was a consultant and geologist to a number of private and public companies. Mr. Lueck has a B.Sc. Geo from the University of British Columbia and has over 24 years experience in mineral and exploration development.

Mr. Cardey obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1990. Mr. Cardey has served as an officer and/or director of several publicly traded companies, and is the principal of Cardey Management Corp., a private British Columbia venture capital firm, and has extensive corporate finance contacts both in North America and Europe. Mr. Cardey was a co-founder and Director of Underworld Resources which was bought by Kinross in May of 2010.

| Paul ReynoldsDirector
Mr. Reynolds is a professional geologist with over 24 years experience working in Canada, USA, Bolivia, Argentina and Guyana. He specializes in the conception and management of mineral exploration ventures. Mr. Reynolds holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of British Columbia (1987). Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia (since 1992), a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, and a member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
Mr. Reynolds has 16 years experience managing public companies as both a director and/or executive officer. Mr. Reynolds is President, CEO and director of Central Resources Corp. (TSX-V). Mr. Reynolds is formerly Chairman, CEO/CFO and a director of Athlone Energy Ltd., which was sold to Daylight Energy Ltd. in September 2008. He is also a director of Petro One Energy Corp. (TSX-V), Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V), and TerraX Minerals Inc. (TSX-V).
