Oct 03, 2011 Crazy Horse Resources Inc. Announces Management Change Vancouver, British Columbia, October 3, 2011 - Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSXV: CZH) ("Crazy Horse" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Johan Raadsma, as its President, CEO and Secretary and as a director, for personal reasons. The Company has appointed Mr. Mitchell ("Mitch") Alland, currently a director, as its President, CEO and Secretary effective immediately. Mitch Alland is currently CEO and Executive Chairman of Copper Development Corporation, a company listed on London-AIM, which holds 11.8% of the Company's common shares and has two copper mining projects in the Philippines. Mr. Alland had a distinguished 23-year career at the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, its affiliate responsible for private sector project financing in developing countries. He has extensive experience with mining projects world-wide, including South America, Africa and Central Asia, and has been involved in a number of major copper projects, including Escondida, Tenke-Fungurume and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines. Mr. Alland holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College.
